Job Summary:
As a Growth PMM/Lifecycle Marketing Lead at SpotDraft, you’ll be the architect behind our direct-to-user communication strategies. Your work will span across SpotDraft’s entire product suite - CLM, VerifAI and Clickthrough, focusing on crafting and optimizing the customer experience from start to finish, with an ultimate goal of driving product adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
Designing and executing comprehensive, multi-channel marketing strategies that align with SpotDraft’s voice and business objectives.
Developing and managing audience segmentation, KPIs, and an editorial calendar to ensure targeted and effective communication.
Leading the charge on utilizing and enhancing our email marketing software and technology stack, ensuring we’re at the forefront of industry practices.
Analyzing campaign performance meticulously, leveraging data to drive strategic improvements and achieve revenue targets.
Collaborating seamlessly across teams, including product, engineering, marketing and design to create unified and impactful campaigns.
Conducting deep dives into customer behavior and preferences to inform and refine your strategies.
Requirements:
Accumulated~5 years of B2C or B2B experience in a high-volume email marketing, customer lifecycle or product growth role, with a proven track record of driving growth and engagement.
Demonstrated expertise in building sophisticated email drips and automation, preferably with tools like Customer.io, as well as DAPs like Appcues, Chameleon or Pendo.
Successfully launched and optimized targeted email campaigns, with a strong foundation in A/B testing and analytics tools.
Shown proficiency in managing multi-channel messaging campaigns, across Email + In-App.
Developed user segmentation from the ground up, based on insights derived from data as well as qualitative research.
