SpotDraft is currently actively expanding its footprint in the US. The company recently raised a $26 million Series A round (one of the largest Series A in the legal-tech space) from institutional investors like Premji Invest, Prosus Group, 021 Capital, Riverwalk Holdings, and Arkam Ventures.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market penetration.

  • Build the foundational sales team in the US, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • Monitor and report on key sales metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers

  • Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Continuously refine and improve the sales process, incorporating best practices and industry trends.

  • Implement effective sales tools, technologies, and CRM systems to streamline operations and reporting.

  • Develop accurate sales forecasts and budgets, aligning them with company objectives and growth targets.

  • Monitor financial performance against sales goals and take corrective actions when necessary.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

  • Provide guidance and support to sales representatives, helping them close complex deals and exceed individual quotas.

  • Use market insights to develop strategies for competitive advantage.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • 3+ years of experience in a sales role at a fast-growing company; with 1+ years of experience working in B2B Saas

  • Experience in GTM Strategy and Team Building is preferred

  • Team-first mentality + Growth Mindset a must.
