The Role:

This is a high-impact role. The role is a part of a tight-knit team delivering both qualitative and quantitative support for the sales and business development team. You will be a self-starter, independent thinker, deeply analytical, and detailed-oriented, capable of working in a structured manner to thrive in ambiguity. You are approachable and will be a trusted business partner to our sales team. Current and ongoing work spans the following areas: lead generation, strategic planning, operations, process improvement, international expansion strategy, and internal reporting. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Build a prospect/account pipeline based on the company's ICP using tools such as, Zoominfo, Apollo, Sales Navigator & Lusha.
  • Keep track of relevant news related to the target companies and organize in data folders.
  • Identify right prospects (Key decision-makers) in the target companies.
  • Create org charts for prospect organizations and keep track of the key prospects through their social media posts to find a hook for opening the conversation.
  • Manage Hubspot integration with database platforms we use including Zoominfo, Apollo, Lusha, etc
  • Keep track of relevant news related to the target companies and organize in data folders.
  • Ensure CRM data is always updated with correct client information, metrics and lead stages.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to innovate and optimize reach-out strategies.
  • Analyze and report business KPI metrics to senior management to help measure and achieve objectives.
  • Collaborate to create data-driven sales strategies and processes to improve sales and increase the efficiency of the team
  • Review, improve, and ensure data integrity within our CRM and sales tech stack (Hubspot, Reply.io, Apollo, etc)

Qualifications:

  • Bonus if you have practiced concepts of Account-Based Marketing.
  • Strong excel skills and an interest in database maintenance.
  • Great listener and quick thinker with an inquisitive nature.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills
  • Highly motivated collaborative self-starter that excels in managing multiple projects, prioritization, and keen attention to detail
  • No job too small, can-do attitude
  • Ability to be comfortable with ambiguity as needs change on a regular basis with a high degree of initiative and sense of urgency.
