About the role

We are seeking a Director of Solution Design who will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of contract management through innovative solution design and strategic leadership. You will lead a function that will collaborate cross-functionally with sales, customer success, product management, and implementation teams to deliver world-class CLM solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:

  1. Solution Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive solution strategy aligned with the company's vision and market demands.

  2. Client Engagement: Partner closely with sales and customer success teams to understand client requirements, assess needs, and develop tailored solutions that address business challenges effectively.

  3. Product Feedback Integration: Act as a liaison between the advisory board and internal teams, ensuring that feedback from the advisory board is effectively integrated into the solution design process to drive product innovation and enhancements.

  4. Solution Design: Oversee the end-to-end solution design process, from initial scoping and requirements gathering to solution architecture and implementation planning.

  5. Innovation: Drive continuous innovation in CLM solutions, leveraging industry best practices, emerging technologies, and market trends to enhance our product offering and maintain competitive advantage.

  6. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and other internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between solution design, product development, and customer needs.

  7. Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of industry developments, market trends, and competitor offerings to inform strategic decision-making and drive thought leadership in CLM solution design.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

  • Proven track record of success in solution design, consulting, or professional services leadership roles within the software or technology industry.

  • Deep expertise in contract management, CLM technologies, and associated processes; familiarity with industry-leading CLM platforms is a plus.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, drive consensus, and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of translating business needs into actionable solutions and driving measurable outcomes.

  • Collaborative mindset with a strong ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
