About the role:
SpotDraft is built as a Single Page App using Angular (8+) and React applications. We are looking for a Frontend Technical Lead who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming. As our Frontend Developer, you’ll be building a range of products using an array of exciting technologies. As part of our core development crew, you’ll be converting business problems along with coffee into Javascript, conducting code reviews, and coordinating and collaborating with Backend, Product, and ML teams.
Responsibilities:
Develop new user-facing features
Build reusable code and libraries for future use
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
Perform code reviews and design reviews
Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to the back-end
Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
What you’ll need:
Proficiency in web markup, including HTML and CSS3 and preprocessors like SASS and webpack
Experience leading a team, at least in a technical capacity
Expertise using at least one JavaScript framework such as Angular8+, ReactJS, etc in a production environment
Deep understanding of asynchronous JavaScript concepts like promises and how they apply to request handling & data flow in complex applications
Experience with Redux or similar Client-side State Management tools
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in Angular (or similar frameworks)
Have a strong portfolio of side-projects
Have prior experience building large-scale web applications
