Responsibilities:
1. Coaching and Training of the Sales Team:
-Performance management of AEs and SDRs through:
Maintaining training and development collateral in collaboration with sales operations and product marketing teams
Continuous upskilling on industry best practices, pitch enablement, and new sales methodologies
Identifying and replicating behaviors of top-performing reps and replicating them across the team
2. Seamless onboarding of new team members
-Career Path:
Mold each rep, by identifying their strengths and helping them lean into their skills to improve performance
Bridge gaps in skill set based on quarterly appraisal and feedback from manager
Provide clarity and path to career growth, by charting success plans for individuals based on their career aspirations
3. Other Responsibilities:
Ownership of “culture evaluation” while evaluating new candidates for various roles in the sales team
Align existing team members to the culture codes of the organization
Create a learning culture by conducting innovative competitions, tests and assessments for the sales team at regular intervals
Reducing ramp period for new joinees
Increasing adoption to process changes
Requirements:
4+ years of work experience, with mandatory experience in B2B Sales
Sales enablement experience preferred
Current Account Executives looking to make a switch to Sales Enablement are encouraged to apply
Effective and strong communication skills
Ability to collaborate with different teams and drive initiatives for the Sales team
High EQ to build trust with the team and motivate them for better outcomes
