Job Summary:
We're looking for a Product Designer II to join the growing SpotDraft design team. This designer will be responsible for designing and building world-class enterprise tools for lawyers, sales, and business teams all over the world.
Apply strategic thinking to design and deliver innovative end-to-end user experiences that optimise user needs, business goals, and technological realities across a variety of platforms and integrations.
Work closely with designers on your team to develop and expand product design systems.
Tackle both broadly defined, loose concepts and narrowly defined, tactical deliverables.
Articulate your design work and rationale to peers and cross-functional teams effectively.
Work with product managers, engineers and product marketers to address sophisticated design problems for global markets.
Collect and translate quantitative data and qualitative insights into hypotheses and informed design decisions.
Lead and define user research methodologies.
Connect the dots across multiple strategies and initiatives to make the largest impact.
Maintain a high bar for creativity, craft, and quality, even at a high velocity.
What do we need:
An updated and polished portfolio demonstrating strong user experience and interaction design informed by empathy for the user.
3-4 years of professional UX design experience, ideally in a B2B setting.
Strong facilitation and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams, solicit and synthesise feedback, and facilitate design discussions.
Experience working and collaborating with diverse teams in a dynamic, rapid-growth environment.
Ability to work with the brand team to maintain a cohesive product and brand identity.
